Overview of Puppet Support

This VM provides the OpenSource setup of Puppet configuration management tools along with browser based server workflow management web console based on Foreman (https://theforeman.org/) an alternative to Puppet Enterprise, Puppet Razor & Redhat Satellite.

The VM allows you to utilize Puppet’s powerful CM capabilities to setup and manage your infrastructure with the flexibility of a web based interface.

• Preinstalled setups include:
• Puppet Server
• Foreman GUI
• GUI based Linux desktop accessible from Windows & Linux remote desktop clients
• fish shell: a smart & user-friendly shell for Linux with command auto completion & auto suggestion
• Visual studio code desktop client
